Because travel services often involve third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators, cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific reservation and supplier policies.
Customers wishing to cancel a reservation should contact our support team as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are processed according to the rules, restrictions, and conditions established by the applicable travel supplier.
Depending on the booking type, some reservations may qualify for cancellation without penalty, while others may be subject to supplier-imposed cancellation fees, administrative charges, or non-refundable conditions.
Refund eligibility is determined by the fare rules, accommodation policies, vacation package conditions, and supplier requirements associated with each reservation.

Certain travel products may be designated as non-refundable by the supplier. In these cases, customers may not be eligible for a cash refund and may instead receive travel credits, vouchers, or alternative options offered by the supplier.
Airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers may impose cancellation penalties, modification fees, administrative charges, or service costs. These fees are determined solely by the supplier and may be deducted from any eligible refund amount.
Tripovacation LLC does not control supplier-imposed fees and cannot waive charges established by third-party providers.
Requests to modify travel dates, passenger details, destinations, accommodations, or other reservation information are subject to availability and supplier approval. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the requested change.
Approved refunds are processed according to supplier and payment processor timelines. Depending on the payment method, financial institution, and supplier procedures, refund processing may require several business days or billing cycles before appearing on a customer's account.
In some circumstances, suppliers may issue travel credits, vouchers, or future travel certificates instead of cash refunds. The validity period, restrictions, and redemption requirements of these credits are determined by the supplier.
Tripovacation LLC shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, losses, or refund limitations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, security concerns, or other unforeseen events.
